We kindly ask you not arrive to the studio more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time, as we will not be able to accommodate you. Refer to the email and text message confirmation & appointment reminder messages for the access code to enter the building. Once inside the vestibule, please DO NOT ring the doorbell until your scheduled appointment time.
If you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, have a low-grade fever, illness of any kind, or have been notified that you have been exposed to someone who is currently testing positive for COVID-19, we respectfully require you reschedule your appointment.
Please rebook when you are symptom free for five or more days.
Please be sure to complete the digital contracts and intake forms sent to your email address at time of time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if contracts are not completed.
This policy is subject to change.
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years of age for the duration of their service.
C A N C E L L A T I O N
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be emailed to: info@idlehandsesthetics.com or texted to (833) 931-8356
Cancellations and/or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service total to the card on file.
Same day cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and/or appointment modifications (in which the adjusted total is less than your original service total), will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service total to the card on file.
Appointments are considered a late arrival five (5) minutes after the start time of your scheduled appointment.
