Please allow ample time for parking as we are located on Pine Street in Center City/Washington Square West and parking can be difficult at times.

We suggest the following lots for parking, however we do not have any agreements or discounted parking currently:

C A N C E L L A T I O N

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent to: info@idlehandsesthetics.com

Cancellations and/or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service total, charged to the card on file.

Same day cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals wherein we cannot complete your service in the allotted time, and/or appointment modifications in which the adjusted total is less than your original service total, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service total, charged to the card on file.

Late arrivals in which we are still able to perform the majority of the service will end at the original scheduled appointment time.

C O V I D - 1 9 + I L L N E S S

If you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, have a low-grade fever, or have been notified that you have been exposed to someone who is currently testing positive for COVID-19, we respectfully require you reschedule your appointment. Please rebook when you are symptom free for five or more days.

Currently, we require vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative antigen test within 24 hours of your appointment. We reserve the right to ask for proof of vaccination or negative test at your appointment. At our discretion, we reserve the right to require a facial mask for non facial services at any time. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you come to your appointment sick.

Please be sure to complete the digital contracts and intake forms sent to your email address at time of time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if contracts are not completed.
